Motivation Moment

Dear Readers,

Merry Christmas to you, your family and friends.

This year I wanted to share with you something that touched my heart. I hope it will touch yours too this holiday season and right through next year!

Be Good To Yourself

Be Good To Yourself.

Trust yourself.

You know what you want and need.

Put yourself first.
You can't be anything for anybody else unless you take care of yourself.

Let your feelings be known.
They are important.

Express your opinions.
It's good to hear yourself talk.

Value your thinking.
You do it well.

Take the time and space you need.
Even if other people are wanting something from you.

When you need something, don't talk yourself out of it.
Even if you can't have it, it's ok to need.

When you are scared, let someone know.
Isolating yourself when you're scared makes it worse.

When you feel like running away, let yourself feel the scare.
Think about what you fear will happen and decide what you need to do.

When you're angry, let yourself feel the anger.
Decide what you want to do. Just feel it, express it, or take some action.

When you're sad, think about what would be comforting.
When you're hurt, tell the person who hurt you.
Keeping it inside makes it grow.

When you have work to do and you don't want to do it,
Decide what really needs to be done and what can wait.

When you want something from someone else, ask.
You'll be okay if they say no.
Asking is being true to yourself.

When you need help, ask.
Trust people to say no if they don't want to give.
When people turn you down,
It usually has to do with them, and not with you.
Ask someone else for what you need.

When you feel alone, know there are people who want to be with you.
Fantasize what it would be like to be with each of them.
Decide if you want to make that happen.

When you feel anxious, let yourself know that in your head.
You've moved into the future to something scary
And your body has gotten up the energy for it.

Come back to the present.

When you want to say something loving to someone, go ahead.
Expressing your feeling is not a commitment.

When someone yells at you, physically support yourself
By relaxing into your chair or putting your feet firmly on the floor.
Remember to breathe.
Think about the message they are trying to get across to you.

When you're harassing yourself, stop.
You do it when you need something.
Figure out what you need and get it.

When everything seems wrong,
You are overwhelmed and need some comforting.
Ask for it.
Afterwards, you can think about what you need to do.

When you want to talk to someone new and are scared, breathe.
Don't start rehearsing, just plunge in.
If it doesn't go well, you can stop.

If you're doing something you don't like to do,
(such as smoking or overeating), Stop.
Think about what you really want.

If you're stuck and can't think clearly, talk out loud to someone.

When you can't think straight,
Stop thinking. Feel.

When you're in need of love, reach out.
There are people who love you.

When you're confused, it's usually because you think you should
Do one thing and you want to do another.
Dialogue with yourself or present both sides to a friend.

When you feel harried, slow down.
Deliberately slow your breathing, your speech, and your movements.

When you have tears, cry.
When you feel like crying and it's not a safe place to cry,
Acknowledge your pain and promise yourself a good cry later.
Keep your promise.

When everything seems gray, look for color.

If one of these rules seems wrong for you, talk about it with someone.
Then, rewrite it so it fits you.
Remember, Be Good To Yourself!

Remember that you are special and important to this world. May your heart be filled with love for mankind and may all your dreams come true.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Love and appreciation,

P.S I spent some of the afternoon making multiple trips to the washroom with an issue that is not polite to talk about in public. So not cute but gotta go!

Christmas is just around the corner.

Christmas is just around the corner, and we tend to sometimes get a little carried away with all the hustle and bustle of the holidays; the shopping, the cooking, the baking, the decorations, the company, etc… It’s so easy to forget just what this holiday is supposed to mean, and we become, dare I say, super self involved at a time when we should really be thinking of all those around us and to just be enjoying the magic of Christmas.

Hello readers! Hope you guys have a nice weekdays ( or not). . It didn’t bother me at first because I had just started my day, and I was sure that I’d have a good one . Can you feel it too? Hmm...yes I know. After seeing people wondering around the street and do some nice Christmas shopping and after having listened to endless screaming children who kept running around the mall bumping into people...Argh...why you little ...Opps. Ehem, well back to the topic, 24 days til Christmas holiday and I'm now wondering how people around going to celebrate this huge occasion. Starting to get some Christmas tree perhaps?

Ha I still remember when I was a little kid I saw a boys ( maybe he's around my age for now)going up to these two people who were dressed up as elves, and they shyly asked the elves if they could take a picture with them( ngeh). The elves smiled, knelt down and took pictures with them and talked to them, all the while laughing, and I thought, okay, so maybe Christmas wasn't all about screaming kids or such.

So what have I learned ? A good and successful Christmas isn’t about throwing the best party, buying all the items on your Christmas list, or shoving and pushing past people to get to the head of the line in the store, but appreciating the smaller moments and nuances of Christmas and absorbing all those tiny little sweet and kind gestures that are happening all around you.

You only get to feel the magic of Christmas once a year ( NOOOO ).... So bask in it. Love it, and don’t let anything, mishaps or otherwise, ruin the best time of the year for you , because if you do, you’re going to have to wait a whole entire year, that’s 12 months, 365 days, or 525 948.766 minutes (depending on how you want to look at it), before it comes around again.

So....HO HO HO Merry Christmas and best wishes to all

P.S Pss...listening to Christmas song really do me a favor though....

The Wedding's ~

Hello readers, Last Saturday, I went to my friends wedding where it was really quite nice wedding event for me though! We went there by walking while my friends wedding location sort like 5 meter away from my house ...well yeah pretty near, don't you think? Oh and yes 'we' refers to me and my sister sarara actually went there.

Well the wedding supposed to started at 5.00PM afternoon but we came early at 4PM just to greet the bride. And they was realy shock hehehe. Ah ~~ they look beautiful and happy. A sincere smile shone over both bride and brideroom. Well both were also my friends which are Abigail Clarence and Malcom Marwill. They make a sweet couple since last year. Whoa!! I myself can't believe their love last long til the great day has come. So sweet...

The wedding itself really are nice and fab. Well I'm not a kind of person who loves to go wedding or any sort of occassion because to me wedding was not really a special event but this time I may had to change my perspective a little bit about wedding. During the wedding, everyone was there to celebrate the amazing afternoon with each other. God blessed us all because that day was damn rain cats and dogs but fortunately it stop before the wedding had started.

But we don't stay for long because we're very busy that day. So we went to see the bride and take a few picture together and wish them good luck and all the best. The part during this event, everyone seems so happy ( well some other don't when I look at them...ngeh) the parents had no choice but smiling...opps! Well the bride was actually a preggers but hey... that doesn't stop them from live a happy life and being good parent, right? That normal and you know it! Beside a purple dress were also suit the bride. Yup the theme color for their wedding was light purple and I thought all of the family was wearing purple in color because I was wearing creamy peach color shirt and my sister dark moron long-sleeves shirt.

The food was nice too...well a bunch of old lady that I don't even who their are asking me whose actually cook all the dishes. Well as usual I just answer " I'm sorry, I don't know" which I think sometimes annoying if people asking something that I don't even know. Hm... I just had few word words to say for both bride .....well you never know the biggest day of your life is the biggest day. Not until it's happening. You don't recognize the biggest day of your life, not until you're right in the middle of it. The day you commit to something or someone. The day you get your heart broken. The day you meet your soul mate. The day you realize there's not enough time, because you wanna live forever. Those are the biggest days. The perfect days. You know?

Hey I didn't bring your wedding gift that day.... I'll just give it to you guys...SOON!

P.S In case you don't mind, are the red color drink were really WINE?
